    The hotel is amazing location right on the start of Maspalomas beach, making it convenient for accessing the best parts of the beach and nearby restaurants.

    Aqua gym classes started 10 minutes late every day, frustrating and disrupted the schedule.

    Very large selection at breakfast. Delicious dinner, super dessert buffet. It was very relaxing again and we enjoyed the wellness area with swimming pool very much. It was nice to see many familiar faces who greeted us joyfully. Also my room with afternoon sun was reserved for us.

    There is nothing negative unless you look for it!

    From the moment you arrive, you are treated like a vip. It is the only hotel I have stayed in, in a long time where all the staff clearly enjoyed their jobs. A fantastic hotel in a wonderful position - definitely worth staying at and somewhere where I will definitely be returning to!
