The hotel is perfectly located right on the start of Maspalomas beach, making it convenient for accessing the best parts of the beach and nearby restaurants.

Aqua gym classes started 10 minutes late every day, which was frustrating and disrupted the schedule.

No aqua gym or yoga available on weekends!!! Concierge standard surprisingly low, lacking detailed excursion information!!! Some dinners took too long to be served, causing unnecessary delays!!!

The pools were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the bathroom was smaller than expected, making it a bit inconvenient during our stay.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a heated swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a poolside snack bar. Staff helped me locate a lost item during my first stay, making it memorable. I recommend trying the evening live music! I'll be back for another holiday.

Biked around the area and enjoyed the evening entertainment. Meal options were lacking variety, especially on buffet nights. The kids' club provided great activities and the pools were clean. Our room felt a bit cramped, especially the bathroom.

Enjoyed the incredible food at the Seaside. Dinner featured a phenomenal four-course menu with an array of choices on select nights. The breakfast spread boasted freshly baked pastries and diverse organic juices. Delightful pools maintained a lovely atmosphere, with the 30-degree saltwater pool being my favorite. The staff seemed genuinely committed to providing a great experience, and it was noted how they were always around to assist. I faced delays in service at dinner during peak times. I encountered a rude staff member during breakfast, which impacted my morning experience. other staff were otherwise exceptional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with fantastic meals!

Just returned from an enjoyable 7-night stay in a Twin Room Sea or Pool Views. The quality of the food was exceptional. breakfast featured freshly baked pastries and a wide array of organic juices, while dinner was a delight every night. The staff were always attentive, making our experience even more memorable. I appreciated how the hotel maintained a serene atmosphere with beautifully landscaped gardens and warm, heated pools. One area for improvement could be the speed of service in the main restaurant during peak times.
